Burrito masterclass: Tortilla is a casual restaurant in London serving real California tacos and burritos, individually prepared to your taste, for eat-in or take-away. We had a chance to take part in a burrito masterclass and try making the burritos ourselves.

Irish Adventures: This 501 m (1,644 ft) "mountain" is often simply known as the Sugar Loaf (Irish: Ó Cualann). It is located in the east of County Wicklow, in Ireland, south of Bray and Dublin and to the north of the Glen of the Downs Nature Reserve. It is also known as the Big Sugar Loaf.

9/11 memorial tribute: After visiting the 9/11 memorial in New York, I stumbled upon the 9/11 memorial in Donadea Forest Park, Ireland which includes a plaque with the poem "One," a tribute by Cheryl Sawyer for one of the firefighters who died during 9/11 - Sean Tallon of Ladder Company Ten.
